Our Policies
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a late fee.
No Shows
Will be charged
50% of the
missed service.
Household Sickness
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment when there has been a recent sickness in the clients household.
We DO NOT work in homes with recent sickness, there will be an associated fee.
Client Respect
We reserve the right to cancel an appointment too!.
Should such a cancellation occur within 48 hours prior to your appointment time, a new appointment will be scheduled without additional fees, based on availability.
